The leaves are typically rolled into small pellets to trap the flavour inside.
It's more on the green tea side of oolong tea and can be enjoyed at any time of day or evening.
Brew 1 tbs of tealeaves to 200ml water at 75 - 80 C for 2 minutes.
If a stronger tea is desired, use more tealeaves rather than longer brewing times.
